Information construction of large-scale iron and steel enterprises began in the90's of last century.A large number of information systems has been built in the past 20 years.Thanks to these systems,enterprises have strengthened the management,improved efficiency,and achieved remarkable results.However,when building these systems overall consideration are quite often missed.There exist a large number of heterogeneous information ‘island' system.Therefore,senior managers of enterprises cannot timely and accurately know about the general production and operation of the enterprise,and cannot make profitable decisions to the enterprise.In the era of “middle-management decides enterprise lifetime ",this is obviously not good for the survival and development of enterprises,so it is necessary to build decision support system to assist the management team making decisions.In this paper,we will build a sales decision support system,and integrate the existing sales data of iron and steel enterprises to improve the online transaction analysis capabilities,in the end provide a full range decision support for senior management decision-making.First of all,we will analyzed the history of DSS and the state of the art techniques.Combined with the local situation of sales of iron and steel enterprises,we will analyze the functional requirements of sales decision support system.The design of the final sales decision support system contains four main parts,sales analysis,sales customer evaluation,formatting Report and KPI index management.Secondly,based on the fact that sales data scatter in heterogeneous systems,we will analyze the relationship among the data source,the data extraction,the metadata and the data warehouse platform in the data warehouse system,and then propose a solution for data extraction procedure and multidimensional analysis database modeling,and thus the sales business data integration will be achieved.Thirdly,based on gray system technology,a decision model based on hybrid gray target is established to solve the problem that the weight of the index is unknown and the weight of index is determined under two different situations.This model is used in the sales customer decision-making process,to achieve acomprehensive evaluation of sales customers.Finally,based on the IBM DB2 database and the application of a three-layer B / S architecture,this research developed a sales decision support system of iron and steel enterprise.The feasibility and validity of enterprise data storage modeling method and sales customer gray target decision model are verified by the system realization process.
