Research Of Oil Field Finance Decision Support System Based On Data Warehouse

The financial control is the core of the enterprise management. At present, the Finance Decision Support System has already been researched for a certain extent domestically. However, its application in enterprises lies at an initial stage. Some large-scale state-owned enterprises are carrying on a series of adjustments of information-based financial managements. Therefore, along with the improvements of the nationwide networks and information, the Finance Decision Support System will soon become a hot subject in the information-based society. For this reason it is very necessary to design an application frame of the Decision Support System to assist a company to make decisions.My paper takes Liaohe River Oil Field as the practical background, based upon the complete target system and the financial analysis model, devotes itself to design a Finance Decision Support System taking Data Warehouse as a foundation. The two most important parts of the system are actualized: the financial Data Warehouse and the logical model design of the financial model base. At the same time the standard of Information Resource Plan and Support Vector Machine has been creatively introduced to the Decision Support System. The main research work and innovations are as follows:Firstly, the standard of Information Resource Plan on financial MIS database has been established. It builds a good data environment for the realization of the financial Data Warehouse.Secondly, the logical model of the financial Data Warehouse consisting of mainly the relational pattern and the design of the multi-dimensional data model has been worked out, taking the data foundation of the Decision Support System as a result.Thirdly, the establishments of financial analysis forecast model of many oil fields and the financial model base have been realized.Fourthly, the research has realized Support Vector Machine model based on the time sequence. After the data confirmation it will be used to forecast the cost of the Oil Fieldsub-area.Through the combination of the above theoretical research and the realization of the model design, the following conclusions can be drawn: Theoretically, the Finance Decision Support System based on the Data Warehouse can be applied to the information construction of the oil field and help enterprise superintendents to make decisions; In the realization of thesystem, by means of the design of the system's logic model, it has been proved that the Finance Decision Support System based upon Data Warehouse can find its application in the oil field enterprise.Regardless of the theory in the field of the Finance Decision Support System and the practical construction of this system my paper has a reference value.
