Research On The Risk Management Of Investment And Construction Of Naimanqi To Baijiawanzi(the Boundary Between Mongolia And Liaoning) Highway Project

With the popularization and application of the model of corporation between the government and social capital in the home building market,the home building enterprises are beginning to make the transition.They change the role of single project contractor to the role of investor together with project contractor.Because of the investing models' multiformity,as well as short home application period and less successful cases,big potential risks,this file takes the road project of Naimanqi to Baijiawanzi(Mongolian and Liaoning boundary)as the research target on the risk management from the view of project investment construction.In the essay,we use the scientific method to effectively control the facing risks.We take the initiative to predict risk,identify the estimate risk,and finally control the risk effectively rather than accepting the risk passively.In this way,the beneficial effects of the risk to the system are expanded,and the adverse effects are narrowed,which let the project managers to make the risk control on the basis of the understanding of the risks.Firstly this paper reviewed a large number of literatures about the construction project risk,and formed the literature view at home and abroad by summarizing and analyzing.In addition,through the in-depth excavation of this project,the paper discovered the problems that exist in its risk management.Secondly the paper identified and estimated the project risk factors by the method of check list and Delphi method,and formed the risk management index system of this project,and then evaluated the project risk on the basis of analytic hierarchy process by using the Yaahp software,and through the analysis of the results,the paper got 10 indexes that has the important influence on this project.Finally the paper put forward the risk coping strategies and concrete measures pertinently and this can provide the scientific basis and a new idea of the risk research for company when facing the similar projects in the future.
