Research On The Economic Institution Supply Behavior Of The County Government In Underdeveloped Areas

The county-level governments in underdeveloped regions of China play an important role in the economic and social transformation.The shock system in transition will inevitably lead to the adjustment and reconstruction of various interests,breaking in between,institution scarcity phenomenon embodies in the less developed regions is relatively concentrated,although the characteristics of developed area since the formation of the historical phenomenon in our country was born in the cultural structure,under very stable environment and resources,but due to the economic system efforts to supply county government in developed areas is not practical.The most urgent needs of underdeveloped areas based on promoting the development of county economy is the focus of the county government system supply and system supply in the development of county economy is the county government public goods supply behavior play initiative conform to the system demand,reduce the transaction cost in the pursuit of the county economy,and to prevent the "grabbing hand" of government the harm to public interest.This paper uses economic theory and perspective to explore the internal mechanism of county government behavior less developed areas in the supply system on the issue of elements from internal factors closely linked to external factors in underdeveloped economic system by the characteristic analysis of county government to provide it,so that the prominent problems in developed areas of county economy system supply less,to concentrated force to get through these key points,less developed areas of the county government to activate the supply behavior of economic system.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is introduction,the study at home and abroad on the basis of summing up in less developed areas of the county government supply economic system background and significance of the research were explained,and the main research methods and assumptions related to a comb.Discussed the theory basis of the second chapter of the problem,the concept of the main object from the study involved with the main theory to explain supply behavior of county government economic system were summarized,so as to support and pavethe way for the following.The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the focus of analysis in less developed areas in the county government system supply status from multiple perspectives,and focuses on the current situation of county government in underdeveloped regions in the fourth chapter,more unique physical and economic factors on the supply system of internal machine,the internal mechanism in the typical cases by the mode of operation,finally summarizes the common problems in less developed areas of the economy of county government supply system.In the fifth chapter,the countermeasures to the main problems are explored.
