Research On The Benefit Distribution Of Port Supply Chain In The Tnternet Of Thing

As an important node of the international logistics chain,the port plays an increasingly important role in the allocation of global resources.And the competition between ports today has gradually turned into competition among the port supply chains.In the rapid development of Internet of information technology,the application of Internet of Things in the port logistics supply chain,the port supply chain member companies can reduce the input costs,improve operational efficiency,reduce operational risks,increase the interests of the supply chain,greatly enhance the port supply Chain of competitiveness.This paper studies the port supply chain in the new environment of the Internet of Things,and designs the two-stage benefit distribution model for the new characteristics of the port supply chain under the Internet of things.First of all,this article from the Internet of things related theory,describes the connotation of the Internet of things and its technical system,combing the port supply chain theory knowledge,the application of the Internet supply chain application motivation analysis,introduced the concept of benefit distribution and structure.Secondly,the distribution of the supply chain in the environment of the Internet is analyzed.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the distribution of the interests of the port supply chain and the four factors that affect the distribution of the interests of the port logistics supply chain: contribution,risk,investment and status.Then,the mathematical model of benefit distribution is constructed.In the first stage,according to the market value of the service,the proportion of the initial distribution of benefits is determined.Based on the logistics service quality model,the evaluation index system of the port supply chain service under the Internet of Things is established,and the customer's service rating is adjusted to the initial benefit distribution plan.The first stage of the service single benefit distribution value.The second stage,the use of TOPSIS thinking,considering the impact of the four factors of profit distribution,the establishment of multi-factor comprehensive benefit distribution model.Finally,the two-stage benefit distribution model is validated with Qinhuangdao port as an example.By comparing the distribution results under different distribution schemes,the scientific and feasibility of the two-stage comprehensive benefit distribution model is proved.
