Affected by the superposition of the dual effects of the digital economy and the "Dual Carbon" Targets,the power grid,which is an intermediate link in power transmission,is accelerating its march toward the Energy Internet.As an important part of the power grid directly connected to users,the distribution network will play a more important role in promoting the transformation of the energy structure,serving the society and people’s livelihood.In March 2021,the company’s "Carbon Peak,Carbon Neutrality" action plan issued by State Grid Corporation of China clearly pointed out that the concept of "energy transformation and green development" should be firmly established,technological innovation should be accelerated,energy and power should be promoted from high carbon to low-carbon,from fossil energy-based to clean energy-based,and a strong and intelligent distribution network should be built to ensure the timely grid connection and consumption of clean energy,as the core hub of carbon emission reduction in the power system,to achieve carbon emission reduction is an indispensable and important goal of distribution network investment.Facing the high proportion of new energy access under the construction of new power system,the problems of outdated equipment and poor interconnection of traditional distribution network are highlighted increasingly,and it is urgent to transform and upgrade traditional distribution network and realize the interconnection of everything in the distribution network through the construction of the distribution Internet of Things to support the development needs of the energy Internet.However,due to the slowdown in power demand growth and the superposition of the COVID-19 epidemic situation,the expansion mode of distribution network,which relies on the rapid growth of electricity demand to support large-scale investment,is unsustainable.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the lean management of distribution Internet of Things investment through scientific investment decision-making methods,and improve the consumption capacity of renewable energy under the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of power supply.In this paper,the problem of investment decision-making for multibusiness portfolio of distribution Internet of things is studied.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the current development of power distribution network,combs the concept and key technologies of the distribution Internet of things.Aiming at the problems faced by the development of power distribution network and the characteristics of the technology of the Internet of things,a comprehensive evaluation index system for investment projects of the distribution Internet of things is constructed from the aspects of safety,reliability,coordinated operation,green and low carbon,economy and efficiency,and intelligent interconnection.Secondly,the G1 and the CRITIC method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weight of each index,and the game theory is used to determine the combined weight.Subsequently,the improved TOPSIS method is adopted to obtain comprehensive scores for each investment project,which provides an effective evaluation method for the investment of a single project of the power distribution Internet of things.On this basis,the highest comprehensive score and the largest carbon emission reduction of the multi-business portfolio investment of the distribution Internet of things are taken as the objective function,and the coupling relationship,investment capacity,resource supply,investment income and other constraints are taken into account to establish the optimization decision model of the multi-business portfolio investment of the distribution Internet of things,and the problem is solved by using the NSGA-II algorithm.Finally,taking the decision-making problem of 18 alternative projects for the construction of the distribution Internet of things in HN area as an example,the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation and the optimized decision-making model constructed in this paper are proved,which provides a basis for the decision-making problem of the multi-business portfolio investment of regional distribution Internet of things.
