Research On The Development Of High Tech Industry In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

High-tech industry stands for the overall national strength and the overall competitiveness of a nation,which is an important force to promote the economic growth and industrial upgrading.With the implementation of the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration" strategy,promoting high-tech industry has become a new growth point of the regional economy.That is to say,the high-tech industry is essential for regional development.Therefore,to improve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech industry development capacity,and efficiently promote the development of regional industry has become a major strategic issue facing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This paper is intended to take the high-tech industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object,and evaluate the development capability of high-tech industry comprehensively.The goal is to reveal the relationship between the development capability of high-tech industry and economic growth,and provide the theoretical basis for enhancing the development capability of high-tech industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.First of all,this paper will look into the related research of the development of high-tech industry,and define the high-tech industry-related concepts,then describe the development of high-tech industry-related theory.Secondly,this paper will review the status quo of the development of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and analyze the contribution of hi-tech industry to regional economic growth.The goal is to construct the Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-tech Industry Development Ability.Thirdly,we will adopt the comprehensive weighting method of entropy method and CRITIC method.Based on the data from 2000 to 2015,we will use MATLAB software to calculate the weight of each index,and measure,then further evaluate the development capability of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei The development capacity index.The results will show that the technological progress has obvious effects on the development of the industry.The results will demonstrate that the technological development is the most important factor in the development of the industry,and the economic growth,industrial upgrading and technological progress.According to the comprehensive score,Eviews cointegration analysis of the development of high-tech industry on regional economic growth,the conclusion that the development of high-tech industries on the economic growth of high drive.Finally,based on the above analysis,countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward from the industrial input level,industrial innovation level and industry s upport environment level to enhance the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech industry development capability.
