| In 2014, the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei becomes the national strategy, the key of the strategy is to optimize the resources between the three pronounces and promote the coordinated development of region industry. There is no doubt that the information industry becomes the growth pole of the region because its characteristics of high permeability and high correlation. In recent years, the concept of"Internet +" from the conception to the application , the information industry has played an important role. The depth of integration between the information industry and the traditional industry,the agriculture and other services has greatly promoted China’s economic growth. However,due to the unbalanced development of regional industry, unbalanced development within the region provinces and cities, are to some extent,restricted the information industry to promote economic growth. In the eastern coastal areas, the pearl river delta and Yangtze river delta information industry started earlier, it has a large number of powerful information enterprises. Perfect industrial facilities, the support from the government, and the large amount of capital make the Yangtze river delta have a strong industrial base. While the information industry development of beijing-tianjin-hebei region started relatively late. As a pilot and strategic industries of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region, the development success or not will affect the whole overall layout of regional coordinated development strategy. In this background, this paper based on the synergetics theory and economic growth theory, combined with the characteristics of information industry, constructed the evaluation index system innovationly and described the coordinated development degree quantitatively of the information industry between beijing-tianjin-hebei.Besides,through the comparation with Yangtze river delta ,we found the main factor that restricting the beijing-tianjin-hebei region coordination degree is the umbalanced industry scale, technical level and supportion degree from government etc between Hebei pronounce and Beijing-Tianjin. Based on the above research conclusion,this paper tentatively puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, to enhance the beijing-tianjin-hebei information industry on the regional economic growth contribution degree and accelerate the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei information industry. |
