Research On The Development Of Tourism Lodgings In Henan Province Based On The Perception Of Tourists

In order to escape the tense rhythm of the city for a short time,relieve working pressure and keep away from serious haze of the city.People tend to come to the countryside,which promotes the vigorous development of rural tourism.The further development of rural tourism promoting tourism accommodation.Now the B&B become popular form of accommodation and many tourists want to experience it.This paper starts from the perspective of tourists’ perception and takes the tourism B &B of Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze the advanced experiences of the developed areas in order to provide substantive comments and suggestions for tourism B & B development in Henan Province.First,the concept of B & B was defined by literature analysis,Refers to all the non standardized and personalized rural accommodation with a particular culture,natural and social environment and their expertise for the difference in the core shows to "slow life" "home service" and "fun experience" features,for visitors to create comfortable,warm and affectionate tone of the countryside life residence.Then,based on the case study of Zhejiang Province,this paper uses the questionnaire survey and the depth interview method to explore the perceived value of tourists.Three factors were extracted by analysis.One is the quality of hotel facilities,including the convenience of transportation,easy access procedures,complete facilities and other 11 indicators;another is emotional value of bed and breakfast,including hostel funny humor,feel comfortable,interesting,warm and thoughtful staff and so on 5 indicators;the last one is social value of this factor,including the experience of living in bed and breakfast is worth recommending to friends,the overall satisfaction with the experience of bed and breakfast,bed and breakfast experience even better than expected.Finally,according to the present situation and problems of tourist B & B in Henan Province,the opinions and suggestions are put forward from the government level,the industry level and the bed and breakfast operators respectively.The government should give guidance and support in the policy,industry associations should play its leading role in accepting new things,researching new things,operators should pay attention to the patrons of the site,accommodation,management and other aspects of the problem.
