As the important traditional industry,the important livelihood industry and the new international preponderant industry,China's textile industry is confronting with a series of new changes in the world.Comparing with the value chain of the global textile industry,most of the Chinese textile and garment enterprises are engaged in the processing of cloth and garment manufacturing.For a long time,China's textile enterprises have been embedded in the global production system dominated by the leading companies of the world,and they are still located in the low profit,low technology content,low value-added labor-intensive manufacturing sectors--low end of the global value chain.It has strategic meaning for China's textile industry to improve the international competitiveness by transformation and upgrading gradually in the global value chain or rebuilding the new value chain.In the beginning,China's traditional textile company,such as Ruyi Group,participates in the low-end manufacturing sectors of the textile and apparel global value chain mainly by OEM,which relies heavily on labor costs and the comparative advantages of natural resources.Nowadays,they,such as Ruyi Group,attempt to move to the higher level in the value chain and earn more value by the technical output of multinational companies.Ruyi Group breaks the value chain control by the international buyers gradually,gets rid of dependence on resources,through improving the ability of independent R&D,developing brands,added value of products.Based on the perspective of value chain,Taken Ruyi Group as a typical example of Chinese textile enterprises,this article analyzes the competitive power of each section of Ruyi wool spinning industry,and finds its wool raw material procurement process's weakness.Then,it analyzes and discusses the existing models of imported wool of Ruyi group,points out its advantages and disadvantages.Then we come up with a new business mode based on this,and analyzes the advantage of the new business model,discusses how to improve management level and profitability level of the Ruyi wool industry chain under the new mode,and how to purchase and sale of wool unifiedly of Ruyi raw wool products,and discusses the management implementation of wool products under wool industry chain,in order to achieve management informatinized and scientifically,reduce cost,improve profit.
