The Act contains strict provisions, anyone who willfully violates the Act must be fined no more than $5000, or be imprisoned no more than one year. The Act is enforced by Federal Trade Commission, who adopts some measurements, such as registered identification number, maintenance of records, guaranty to force importers to keep the Act.For the reasons of blank of wool product label law, China must learn legislative experiences form United States and constitute wool product label act, while government and companies should find countermeasures to Wool Products Labeling Act.
