With the rapid development of China's aviation industry,aviation standard parts enterprises usher in rapid development opportunities,but at the same time,they also faces enormous barriers to development.The wide range of aviation standard parts with complex specifications and the special requirements for national defense construction determines the complex and dynamic characteristics of its production system behavior model,which embody in the following aspects: the magnified procurement of raw materials,the complicated and variable production process,gradually increased backlog of orders and inventory products,fluctuation of production efficiency,reduced on-time delivery rate of orders and high costs of production.The traditional solution focuses on solving a problem in a concentrated period of time,ignoring the influence of internal structure and feedback mechanism of the production as a complex dynamic system,which results in a lack of accurate basis in decision-making,thus making it difficult to develop effective and feasible improvement plans.Therefore,in order to better reveal the working mechanism between the internal structures of the production system,it is necessary to establish the dynamic model of production system,and study the evolution of its dynamic behavior.Problems existing in production systems of aviation standard parts enterprises need to be analyzed and solved by using a systematic view so as to further enhance the efficiency of the production,reduce the cost of production and management,and also lay a solid foundation for enterprises' informationization and intellectualization in the future.In view of the above problems,the following research work is carried out in this paper:Firstly,the paper briefly summarizes the current situation of production of aviation standard parts enterprise and analyzes its dynamic behavior characteristics by using the knowledge of system dynamics.And based on previous research achievements,the paper proves the superiority of the system dynamics in solving the problems of production.Secondly,according to the steps of system dynamics(SD)modeling technology,the paper,aiming at the problem to be solved,determines the modeling target and system boundary,based on which,the dynamic hypothesis is made.In accordance with the three stages of production system: production,supply and marketing,the causal system diagram is drawn.According to the product process,the manufacturing stage is divided into three stocks for research and a complete SD model is constructed.On the basis of the actual data collected by enterprises,modeling equation is determined and a comprehensive and effective test is carried out to guarantee the effectiveness of the model.Thirdly,through a simulation of the production system by using the SD simulation technology,the paper studies the effect of feedback loop on the behavior of the system and analyzes the working mechanism between the internal structure of system.In addition,combined with the actual enterprises model and the simulation results,the paper explains the specific reasons for the inventory backlog,increased order delivery delay and the decrease in customer satisfaction.And it makes further discussion about the causes of magnification and shock effects in the productionFinally,according to the simulation results,the paper proposes reasonable ideas for improvement,and designs a series of feasible plans.With the actual situation of enterprises taken into account,the implementation effect of these plans is simulated.The preliminary effect shows that the average error between the actual effect and the simulation result is kept within a reasonable range,which again verifies the effectiveness of the model.Besides,this research method can provide a reference for other enterprises to solve the similar problems.
