With the development of information technology and economic globalization, market competition becomes more and more fierce, Customer's demand to products and services becoming more and more evident, which brings great challenge to demand forecast and decision-making, In the course of perishable product sales, dynamic pricing is considered one of the most effective marketing tools, which means to optimize allocation of existing resources through the scientific market demand forecasts and rational pricing based on no additional cost. At present, the study about perishable goods focuses on two kinds of situations: One is about inventory management strategy in a corporation, which mainly focuses on retailers ordering strategy and the rate of deterioration and many other factors influence to the decision-making goals; The other is about the perishable supply chain dynamic pricing research, which can be divided into change the retailer's prices while keeping supplier's prices remain unchanged, or change the supplier's prices while keeping retailer's prices remain unchanged. Due to the unique nature of the business environment, in the application of the findings based on optimization under rigorous assumptions, the effect is not as good as expected. In order to more comprehensively and objectively reflect the perishable product's supply chain characteristics, the paper will continue to study dynamic pricing strategies deeply by use the advantage of system dynamics(SD) in non-linear, high-end, time delay, and the feedback mechanism.Chapterâ… will introduce topic's background and significance from domestic and international business and the influences of deteriorating rate to corporate profits. Then, points out the contents of this major study, research methods and innovationsChapterâ…¡starts with the current theoretical research about perishable goods at home and abroad, and then the author introduces the system dynamics theory, models steps, and the feasibility of applying system dynamics to the supply chain by the example of inventory management in the re-order point policy.Chapterâ…¢analyzes the dynamic pricing strategy for perishable goods in a corporation. Firstly the article will formulate a system dynamics model of perishable good inventory decision-making system combined with deteriorating rate and shelf life, which is consisted of dynamic pricing subsystems, inventories subsystem, demand forecasting and product deteriorating detection subsystem. Then the article analyzes the influences of dynamic pricing to corporate profitability and customer satisfaction based on capacity constraints and product's life cycle.Chapterâ…£firstly will introduce two kinds of ideas about quantity discounts design; then design two kinds of quantity discount contracts, namely independent and joint decision-making, which take into account two aspects of the profit requirements, price constraints, discount points, and sales period, and the impact of discount points on discount rate. Finally, by numerical examples, the author analyzes the influences of deteriorating rate, demand rate to quantity discount parameters and the feasible region of the parameters.Chapterâ…¤studies a perishable goods supply chain's revenue management strategy which is consisted of a supplier and a retailer. The article firstly analyzes the essential characteristic of retailer's ordering decision-making on the condition of quantity discounts contract, and then formulate a system dynamic model about perishable goods supply chain's revenue management; After checking the validity, the author quantitatively analyzes the effect of two kinds of quantity discounts contracts to supply chain's coordination. Finally, Comparative analyzes the effects of four kinds of dynamic pricing consisted of quantity discounts contracts and retailer's dynamic pricing in the supply chain business environment, which is on the prerequisites of capacity limitless and supplier and retailer indecently making pricing decision.
