Research On Financial Strategy Of SDL Company During The Transition Period

At present,China is in the key stage of industrial transformation,many traditional enterprises have to find new opportunities for development,in order to better adapt to the development of enterprises,the need for timely adjustment and improvement of financial strategy.This paper selects the SDL company in the fertilizer manufacturers transition period as the research object,in the face of increasingly fierce market competition and fertilizer serious overcapacity,SDL companies are trying to change from the traditional agricultural fertilizer manufacturers to service providers,from the enterprise's internal and external environment as the starting point,according to the analysis of the current investment,enterprise financing and income distribution strategy and discusses,and put forward suggestions and corresponding measures according to the problems found.Firstly,through the analysis of the investment,this paper found that the pace of investment in new investment projects,new projects SDL too fast,poor profitability,the current enterprise business income is still in fertilizer manufacturing;financing,enterprise financing mode is single,the implementation of the new strategy requires a lot of financial and business feature of the company decided to more long-term assets,but SDL did not make full use of long-term loans and short-term financing of accounts receivable in advance depends greatly;the profit allocation strategy,because the enterprise in a special period of development,the demand for capital is larger than SDL,but the company in cash income distribution,and the dividend payment rate increased year by year.Due to the shortage of SDL company's financial strategy,put forward the following suggestions: first,the slowdown of agricultural companies need to improve the pace of investment,investment project research and evaluation mechanism,increase investment in research and development,improve the industry competitiveness;second,pay attention to the use of long-term financing,make full use of national policy advantages for more government subsidies,attention to the use of a variety of indirect means of financing;third,through the issuance of stock dividend instead of cash dividend.Finally,in order to ensure a smooth adjustment of financial strategy,this paper puts forward the corresponding security measures,including enhancing employees' financial strategy consciousness,improve the assessment standard of financial strategy,financial strategy and other strategic integration.This paper studied the transition of the financial strategy of SDL company,hope to help the enterprises in the transition period the correct analysis of its internal and external environment,to develop in line with the overall development strategy of enterprise financial strategy and on this basis,so as to promote the enterprise to achieve long-term development.
