The Research On The Evolution Of Entrepreneurial EcosystemUnder "Internet+"

“The Entrepreneurship Ecosystem” is a carrier of business activity.Based on the corresponding theories and researches,the essay raises the notion of entrepreneurship ecosystem,and constructs the structure pattern of entrepreneurship ecosystem with three layers containing “environmental layer”、“supporting layer”、“industrial layer”.On this basis,the following three issues were studied:1)how does the entrepreneurship to survive and develop in the entrepreneurial ecosystem;2)how does the elements interact to promote and support entrepreneurial activities and 3)how does the entrepreneurial ecosystem evolve.What’s more,constructing the entrepreneurial life cycle model,entrepreneurial ecosystem operating mechanism based on the entrepreneurial life cycle and the evolution stage of entrepreneurial ecosystem.Among them,the entrepreneurial life cycle is divided into four stages: start-up period,incubation period,growth period and late growth stage.The operating mechanism of entrepreneurial ecosystem includes the mechanism of promoting entrepreneurial activities,the mechanism of supporting the business service,the mechanism of competition and cooperation between enterprises the mechanism of enterprise development maturity / exit market and the mechanism of entrepreneurial resources convergence.The evolution stage of entrepreneurial ecosystem includes entrepreneurial ecosystem of spontaneous formation,government-driven,technology-driven and self-organization.There is a close relationship between Internet and entrepreneurial activities.Under the background of “Internet+”,the whole entrepreneurial ecosystem andentrepreneurial activities are affected to varying degrees,The elements of the ecosystem at all levels have different levels of functional expansion and functional improvement,which provides the conditions for the improvement of the overall operational mechanism of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the improvement of the operational efficiency.This paper compares the entrepreneurial ecosystems under the traditional model and the under the "Internet +" model to conclude:the entrepreneurial ecosystem is more effective in the promotion of entrepreneurial activities,the service support function is more efficient,the competition mechanism between enterprises is more complicated,the enterprise grows / exits faster.At the same time,"Internet +" to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the evolution of the driving force,the system development accelerated,balanced adjustment ability,is conducive to the elements,the system of coordinated development of the function,the overall evolution of the accelerated.This paper makes an empirical study on the development level of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Qingdao by means of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation model of the development level of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,and conducts a three-month investigation into the staff of Qingdao entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial service institutions.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the research results.At present,the development level of elements and functions of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Qingdao are "relatively high" level,and the overall development is better.Qingdao is in the stage of transition from government-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems to technology-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems.In view of the problems in the development of Qingdao,this paper puts forward four suggestions:Government should combine the service,supervision and entrepreneurship guidance.Balanced management and decentralization.Combined with the characteristics of Qingdao industry development,around the industrial development needs,the formation of industrial clustering role;Improve the small micro-entrepreneurial support service mechanism;To set up a reasonable guide to small micro-business entrepreneurship;Strengthen the practical entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,improve the effectiveness and practicability of entrepreneurship courses.
