Research On The Lottery Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is the obligation of an organization to the whole society,commitment to social responsibility actively has become a global consensus and development trend,many government agencies and NGOs are trying to encourage this trend.Welfare lottery is the largest social welfare and charity undertaking in China at present.As a state-owned public welfare lottery,it shoulders social responsibilities which are inherent in its nature.China Welfare Lottery,since it issued in 1987,the past 30 years,it delivering the promise of “what is from people should be for the people”,plays both economic and social function.However,with the continuous expansion of the industry and its rising sales,the related social problems have become increasingly evident.Because of those troubles,there's some negative impacts on lottery's nature of public welfare,its credibility and the development of the industry as a whole.As welfare lottery has run into a stage of high level,growing influence in society,and cause social public a high concern,under such a circumstance,welfare lottery fulfilling social responsibilities be imperative.This thesis taking the Gansu welfare lottery as an example,raise the difficulties and challenges in front lottery industry.So can promote Gansu Welfare Lottery meet commitment of social responsibility,as well as a sustainable development path that we constantly seek.In the above context,this thesis on the basis of relative references,using questionnaire survey,and interview some professional person,by introducing the stakeholder theory,and the concept of social responsibility,combine with practice,learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad,consider how to work to fulfill social responsibility in every link of lottery,and discuss what is every participant's duty.Through analysis,as welfare lottery was in the process of developing the social responsibility of lottery stakeholders still need to be strengthened more or less.The article finally points out that shakeholders of welfare lottery need to recognize their own responsibility,then internalize and implement.All the participants should joint efforts of “linked from top to bottom and connected through the internal and the external”,laid foundation for establishing a welfare lottery social responsibility system and creating sound environment for lottery social responsibility management.
