Research On Futures Business Innovation Under China "Internet Plus" Background

Since 2011, China's futures companies have been ineffective in the new business development, and the market fee vicious competition has not been effectively improved. July 4, 2015, the State Council officially released "on actively promoting the" Internet + "action guidance," clearly proposed to encourage Internet technology and traditional financial institutions to integrate innovation. So in the "Internet +" era how to use Internet technology for our futures company's business innovation to bring a breakthrough, open a new direction has become an important proposition. Based on the theory of financial innovation, this paper studies the domestic and foreign futures company's business innovation case, combined with the current Internet technology and Internet thinking, for our futures company's business innovation to find new ideas and methods, hoping for our futures companies in the Related business innovation to provide a certain reference.This paper first discusses the functions and positioning of the futures companies in the financial market, and combs the domestic and foreign financial innovation and financial intermediary theory, and then arranges the development course of the foreign futures companies, and makes some excellent examples of foreign futures business innovation This paper summarizes the experience of foreign futures companies' business innovation. Finally, combining with the current situation of business innovation of futures companies in China, it is concluded that the Internet technology and futures companies should be deeply integrated with internet thinking.And gives some specific innovative measures and methods.
