At present,China's state-owned commercial banks operating environment is experiencing a hitherto unknown upheaval,especially in the Internet 2 era,to survive and develop in the competition,must according to the different requirements of customers,the use of modern means of science and technology to provide personalized service,which requires state-owned commercial banks to a breakthrough in product innovation.But with the deepening of financial system reform and the improvement of financial market,consumers are diversified,complex trend of demand for financial products,but also for the state-owned commercial banks should have the ability to update products faster.In this case,product innovation has a great role in enhancing the service function of state-owned commercial banks,optimizing the allocation of resources and enhancing their core competitiveness.Have to use the theory of modern information technology and financial innovation,adapt to the development of different target customer needs with strong competitiveness and great economic value of financial products,in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage and increase profit source.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of competition,it is necessary to respond flexibly to the market and manage the product innovation behavior.In view of this,this paper uses the inductive method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method,firstly,reviews the history of development of innovation of our state-owned commercial bank products,to the relevant literature on product innovation as the theoretical support,combined with the ICBC for case analysis,the strategy of product innovation management of ICBC,to make a comb for products in China the state-owned commercial bank and its management mechanism innovation.Secondly,on the basis of previous studies,the paper analyzes the motivation and management mechanism of product innovation of state-owned commercial banks.Finally,the construction of the construction of management mechanism of ICBC product innovation and implementation strategy,to provide some new ideas for the innovation of our state-owned commercial bank financial products,and points out the future development direction of product innovation and management system.Through this research,the author thinks: first,in the process of construction of the state-owned commercial bank product innovation managementmechanism,to determine the direction of product innovation,the general idea of product innovation management requirements and path.Second,three yuan of integration and innovation management mechanism of sound R & D + + market risk ",through strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents,improve the incentive mechanism for innovation,optimization of product innovation process,improve the efficiency of product development,to promote the internal mechanism of differentiated innovation work such as construction of product innovation management;strengthen product innovation management,strengthen risk product market constraints the innovation of the management mechanism in the construction of external control of product innovation management.Third,improve the implementation of ICBC product innovation management mechanism safeguards.Through the establishment of product innovation implementation team,product innovation needs,expand innovation product promotion channels,improve product innovation ability evaluation and implementation of product innovation dynamic management to implement.
