Because of the global financial crisis in 2008,China's financial industry has been impacted,but the overall situation is relatively stable.With the advance of economic and financial globalization,and the implementation of financial sector policy of opening to the outside world since 2006,we further introduce the concept of more international financial institutions,which add more vitality to China's development of the financial industry.But we must be aware that financial globalization is a double-edged sword,which,on one hand,improves the development of China's economic and financial.On the other hand,it also brings great challenges to the development of domestic commercial banks.Whether the non-performing loan ratio or the profit level of the commercial banks in our country,it is still a certain gap with the foreign advanced foreign banks.Therefore,how to improve the performance of China's commercial banks on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced management experience has become an urgent problem to be solved.Commercial banks,as an important link in the development of China's financial industry,have a profound impact on the production and development of China's economic society,enterprises and individuals,and Leshan Agricultural Bank as a part of them also is faced with new opportunities and challenges.Due to the change of domestic and international economic and financial situation,competition is becoming increasingly fierce,Internet financial prosperity and the diversification of customer demand for financial services development,network operation and management of some deep-seated contradictions and problems have become increasingly prominent and become a bottleneck restricting the development of network,the objective requirements as soon as possible to take effective measures,to further promote the comprehensive network of the second transformation,in order to adapt to market demand for financial services and competition demand.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research purposes,research significance and so on,and introduces the research methods used in the concrete analysis process,at the same time,lack of summary.The second part is about the theoretical basis ofthe performance management of commercial banks.First,the concept of relevant theories is sorted out,and the performance management methods and management ideas widely used in the world are briefly introduced.Secondly,it clarifies the research status of commercial bank management at home and abroad.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the performance management of the Leshan branch of the Agricultural Bank.First,the Leshan branch of the Leshan regional economic,financial and agricultural bank is briefly introduced.Secondly,the second transformation of the ABC network is introduced,and the secondary transformation and network Performance management and the current work of the second transformation have been completed.In addition,the paper introduces the current performance management system of Leshan Branch of Agricultural Bank,and explains the effect of the current network performance management system with the idea of the staff since the transformation of the network.On this basis,it analyzes the management.This chapter mainly introduces the practice of HSBC and Barclays Bank's performance management practice.On this basis,it summarizes the experience of foreign commercial banks' performance management experience in China's commercial banks.The fifth part is the solution of the performance management of the Leshan branch of the Agricultural Bank.The paper mainly introduces the idea and the principle of the performance management of the network,and carries out the comprehensive performance management system design and the staff performance management with the balance scorecard and the performance score System design,and introduced to strengthen the network performance management of the matching methods and optimization programs.On the basis of summarizing the contents and research results of the whole article,the last part further explores the development and research direction of performance management of commercial banks in the future.Therefore,according to the domestic and foreign advanced network performance management results and experience,through comparative analysis of domestic and international bank network performance management transformation of the status quoand existing measures,combined with the Leshan area of economic and financial development,the use of literature,case analysis and the questionnaire survey method,this paper studies the problems existing in the performance management of Leshan branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and puts forward the reform direction and specific optimization solution of performance management of Leshan branch of Agricultural Bank under the background of the transformation of bank network.Hoping to sum up the current practice of agricultural bank network performance management,based on the advanced theory of foreign bank network performance management and domestic network performance management of the main practices,closely linked with the actual work,analysis of the main factors affecting the performance of the network,The general principles of management,the basic principles and the main objectives to be achieved,and how to promote the network performance management to provide specific path and measures to build a scientific and effective business network performance management system to guide the branch and the network to carry out performance management,we pass this ways to strengthen the operating vitality of the network,to stimulate their creative abilities,with a view to other commercial banks in China to provide some help to the transformation of the network.
