| The global are facing the gradual depletion of natural energy crisis,the u se of green sustainable energy to become the future direction of development.In this context,the wind power industry has been rapid development,while wind power companies are also facing severe competition.In order to gain a greater living space in the fierce competition,whether it is the upgrading of the product or the quality of the product has a higher demand.Enterprise R & D projects is an important pillar of business survival,if not strictly controlled,will cause a huge waste and loss.In the process of research,because the company faces the risk of internal and external uncertainty and the load of the market,lack of business management funding and management capacity constraints,may lead to research projects to delay,stop,fail or can not be completed.Therefore,to take appropriate measures to control the project risk is very important to the enterprise has a very important significance.This paper is based on actual project data,according to research company S project risk management,the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is applied to the risk management of the project,you can advance the effective control to play FMEA,there is a risk of R & D projects in management,to reduce the risks.This paper first reviews the theory of project risk management,the theory of FMEA,and the current situation of wind power industry at home and abroad.Then it introduces the process of S company’s R & D project,and analyzes the current situation of risk management of R Company R & D project,and points out the shortcomings.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to use the FMEA method to control the risk in R & D project management in the existing R & D project management process.Then,the FMEA model of R & D project risk management is constructed,the table of risk severity S,frequency O and detector D is designed,and the standard table of FMEA is designed.Then the FMEA model is applied to the actual R & D project of S Company to identify the risk of the project.The Delphi method is used to evaluate the risk severity,incidence rate and detection degree,and the risk order number RPN is obtained.Develop risk response programs based on the size of the risk order.Finally,the effect of the imported FMEA method is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the R & D project risk management is more relevant in this way,and the risk degree can be tested accurately,the control of the risk is more humane,the efficiency of the work is improved and the efficiency is effective.Reduce the risk of the project. |
