Research On The Factors Influencing The Development Of Weihai Sea Cucumber Industry Based On The ISM

Sea cucumber industry has become an important industry in promoting the economic of Weihai,it has the fast development speed and strong compre hensive advantages,and its effect in promoting the Marine economy,optimizing industrial structure and increasing fishermen's income is significant.But for now,quality of the sea cucumber is uneven,related standards and technology innovation ability are lacking,and low degree of branding,these problem have seriously restricted in the healthy development of the whole industry.In spite of the fact that scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive and fruitful research on this subject,the current studies are limited to find problems,put forward the p roposal,quantitative analysis are lacking,and most of the studies are focus on a single or a few factors,thus reducing the effectiveness scientific and comprehensive of the research.Therefore,this paper through the actual research to collect data,on the basis of the qualitative analysis,to carry out a comprehensive empirical study,this is a meaningful thing.Based on the analysis of the related literature and the current situation as well as the industrial characteristics of the sea cucumber ind ustry,this paper puts forward ten major influencing factors,including the market system,the enterprise strategic orientation,the brand development level,the inter-subject relationship,the human resources,the technological innovation ability,Sea cuc umber industry associations,sea cucumber industry standards,institutional environment,and use the interpretation of structural model(ISM)to analyze these factors,so that the relationship between factors can be more hierarchical;On the basis of this,putting forward the hypothesis of this paper,and establishing the theoretical model of the main influencing factors of according to the hypothesis.Designed questionnaire,and the data is collected and processed.Finally,SPSS and AMOS are used to communicate the collected data Analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,one-way ANOVA and independent sample t test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and put forward the relevant countermeasures according to the analysis results.It is found that the development of sea cucumber industry in Weihai is the result of a variety of factors.At the same time,the influence of these factors on the development of sea cucumber industry are different,and the peripheral factors including the institutional environment and market system are the most influential factors;Followed by the network layer factors,including the sea cucumber industry association,sea cucumber industry standard and the relationship between the inside and outside the industry;The last one is micro-level factors,including strategy oriented and brand development degree.
