In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy,the pattern and the direction of economic development have changed quite a bit,and the new economic growth zone has been developed.In the field of credit guarantee,with the continuous construction of industry regulations and systems,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises are enjoying the benefits and convenience brought by the reform of the industry.However,because of the current China's social credit system is still not perfect,making the credit guarantee business of financial guarantee institution takes a great risk.How to effectively carry out risk early warning and to do risk control is a major problem faced by every credit guarantee institution,and it is also related to the future development of China's financial guarantee institutions.This paper takes Xin Zheng Investment and Guarantee Corporation as the research object,analyzes the internal & external risks of Xin Zheng Corporation and the risk sources and reasons of the current security projects.The paper constructs the risk warning index system and the risk warning level.On the basis of the actual situation of Xin Zheng Corporation and the need of the actual security business,this paper puts forward the control measurements and suggestions for the risk of guarantee project.From the perspective of the risk early warning mechanism of Xin Zheng Corporation,this paper discussed the risk early warning management system of the credit guarantee program for Xin Zheng Corporation,which has important practical significance for the future of the company,and it also has a certain reference value for other different scale of credit guarantee institutions.
