With the advent of the era of leisure and Internet + era of the change of the mode of leisure,people all over the country rural tourism demand model is faced with updates,liquan Yuan jia Village using the guanzhong culture and tourism product planning of the grafting of service forms,people’s demands of the quality of tourism culture,through the culture lead to drive consumption,on the basis of the original industry,in the guanzhong folk culture experience as the main body,formed by the culture of the rural tourism transformation and dynamic upgrade Yuan jia Village mode,through the development blocks catering,leisure,shopping,accommodation and other tourism industry chain,effectively change the village economic structure,explores the new urbanization background,the rural tourism development promote in situ urbanization mode of industry,therefore,this paper aims to Yuan jia Village rural tourism development pattern research,explore its culture brand consumption and matching patterns of rural tourism development planning and urbanization in the new rural in situ urbanization path.The paper mainly adopts the method of field investigation combined with theoretical research,through carding Yuan jia Village development course,analyze its influence on the development of the transition elements and motivation mechanism;Second,by the root of Yuan jia Village folk culture and cultural identity,resonate in tourists back its consumer products and upgrade the development of the folk culture since the update feature,at the same time,through the analysis of Yuan jia Village commercial blocks,interpret its display space and culture,cultural heritage,tourism consumption and industrial development communion symbiotic relationship,and thus formed by the characteristics of tourism space field.Combined with its cultural leading consumer products and space layout of matching,to analyze its culture under the guide of consumption characteristics and product strategy,and from the development strategy,the composition of the formats,industrial management,spatial planning four aspects reveals Yuan jia Village space growing and planning model.The innovation points of this paper: firstly,through the analysis and research on YuanGu Village mode,discusses the guanzhong region rural tourism development pattern and in situ urbanization path;Secondly,the common nature and characteristics of tourism products and rural areas are discussed in the development of rural tourism.Thirdly,through the phenomenon of Yuan jia Village,the suitability and analysis method of spatial development based on consumption behavior pattern are explored.
