Construction industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy,the rapid development of the construction industry is an important guarantee for the steady growth of China's economy,but the rapid development of the construction industry while energy consumption and carbon emissions with the rapid growth of environmental pressure is also growing.The China's construction industry is low in science and technology,is a typical resource and labor-intensive industries,but also one of the higher carbon emissions industries.High energy consumption,low energy efficiency and high pollution problems in the construction industry is still very prominent.Building energy consumption is large,building energy consumption has exceeded the total social energy consumption of 1/3.Building energy consumption accounts for about 23% of the total energy consumption of the building's life cycle.For low-energy buildings such as green buildings and low-carbon buildings,construction energy consumption accounts for about 40%~ 60% of the total energy consumption of the building's life cycle.Therefore,the construction energy consumption is enormous,to strengthen the construction of energy consumption control can not be ignored.Construction enterprises not only to maintain the continuous growth of output value,but also in response to national calls to reduce energy consumption,enterprises are increasingly concerned about the relationship between enterprise energy consumption and output value.In view of this,this article "Study on the relationship between energy consumption and output value of construction enterprises" arein-depth study.This paper firstly analyzes the statistical indexes and statistical methods of energy consumption and output value of construction enterprises,provides the data source for the full text analysis.The key factors influencing the construction energy consumption of construction enterprises by using rough set theory are the key factors such as construction period,enterprise management level and energy consumption.The key factors influencing the output value of construction enterprises are Labor force and enterprise management level.And then constructs the measurement model including the construction energy consumption and output value of the construction enterprise.The relationship between the energy consumption and the output value of the construction enterprise is explored in detail.The time series of the two variables of construction energy consumption and output value are tested by unit root.And then the Johansen test method is used to analyze the cointegration relationship between the energy consumption and the output value of the construction enterprise.On this basis,the pulse response analysis is carried out to explore the influence relationship between the two.Thenthe Granger test method is used to analyze the causal relationship between the energy consumption and the output value of the construction enterprises.The results show that there is no Granger causality relationship between the two.And further using LMDI index decomposition method to analyze the impact of various factors on the energy consumption of construction enterprises.Finally,combined with the previous research results,the construction enterprises to reduce energy consumption,improve production value and make reasonable recommendations.
