Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Financial Culture Center Project

Baotou city's commercial real estate market has spawned a large number of development and construction of construction projects,including 4 financial and cultural center project has begun to put into use.After The financial and cultural center project being put into use,it can reach the expecting benefits for developers in a significant way,many companies are committed to research on the performance evaluation of the financial and cultural center project operation stage.This paper focuses on the economic,social and environmental impact and energy saving ability of financial and cultural center during the operational phase,combined the financial and cultural center project in Baotou city for empirical analysis,eventually draw the conclusion of it's operation quality and comprehensive evaluation system of financial and cultural center project.In this paper,we use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the grey vague evaluation method to analyze and study the quality of the financial culture center project.First of all,according to the relevant research of domestic and foreign financial and cultural center's research,this paper summarized the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of the project during operation stage.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation index system of the project operation quality is established,and the weight of each evaluation index system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the grey vague evaluation method.Combined financial and cultural center project of Baotou city,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the comprehensive evaluation system of project operation quality from four aspects of economy,building energy consumption,environmental impact and social benefit.This paper aims to solve the financial and cultural center project during the operation stage,analysis complicated problem,enhance the financial and cultural center during the operation stage of the project management,study the quality of the project to achieve the social value will play an important role to later reference,and lay a theoretical foundation for future similar project of operation management,to improve operational management skills.
