| Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the "third growth pole" of China’s economic development, its coordinated development has risen to a national strategy. At present, the imbalance of economic development in Jing-Jin-Jihas seriously hampered the improvement of the overall competitiveness of the region and hindered the pace of integration of Jing-Jin-Ji.One of the important reasons for the difference in the level of regional economic development is the gap between information level. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between informatization and economic development of Jing-Jin-Jiin order to promote the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji.In this paper, the urban compactness model, network analysis method,C-value and D-value urban stratification method are used to study the information structure of Jing-Jin-Ji region. In addition, the descriptive statistical method, spatial correlation model, spatial metering model were used to explore the characteristics of information and economic development in different regions,to propose information development strategy for the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji.Firstly,introduce the background, the significance of the topic and the current situation in the field of information technology. It also introduces the related theories of information economics, regional economic development theory and spatial econometric analysis, especially the relationship between information and economic development.Secondly, evaluate the Jing-Jin-Ji baidu information flow and build the information index model.Based on the Baidu index and the information index, the spatial structure and characteristics of Jing-Jin-Ji is analyzed.Thirdly, based on the descriptive statistics of the information index and the comprehensive economic value, the results of the analysis of information level and economic development level in Jing-Jin-Ji are given. At the same time, combined with global autocorrelation model and local spatial autocorrelation model, this paper examines the spatial agglomeration and spatial correlation degree of information and economic development in two dimensions: univariate and bivariate. In addition, through the comparison of classical regression model, spatial lag model and spatial error model,it is calculated that the relationship between economic development and informationization is a spatial lag model, that is,cross-regional information flow and information spillovers have a far-reaching impact on economic development. Finally, aiming at the collaborative development of Jing-Jin-Ji,some constructive suggestions were made, including establish long-term effective mechanism of information cooperation, promote the integration and coordination of the resources, promote cross regional information projects and industry collaboration. |
