| In China’s social development,rural social endowment insurance is directly related to the majority of farmers’ living,pension and other social welfare issues as the most basic system.In order to meet the requirements of the residents in the provision of old age and provide them more thoughtful public services and pension products,our government has carried out a lot of reform and exploration,and achieved certain results,but there are many problems and defects,and there is a big gap on the requirements of the farmers.It is difficult to adapt to the community on the comprehensive development and progress of rural areas.In this case,it is urgentto strengthen the reform of system,implement the new pension insurance system,and choose the appropriate national conditions of rural endowment insurance model.Since the 18 th anniversary of the new agricultural insurance with the pilot work to proceed smoothly,on the basis of the research on rural pension problem,it is adapted to the future sustainable development of new rural social endowment insurance system and to lay a good foundation.The implementation of the new endowment insurance system is multifaceted,which not only protect the basic living of farmerseffectively and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,but also protect the basic rights of farmers and improve our social security system.Meanwhile,it can ensure the stability of rural society,to achieve the goal of China’s harmonious developmentso that our country continue to grow and develop.This paper firstly defines the relevant concepts of rural social endowment insurance and then introduces the development of new agricultural insurance system in China.Drawing lessons from the experience of foreign rural endowment insurance and the enlightenment to our country.To sum up,from the government point of view,this paper provides several policy recommendations about the implement the government functions,the establishment of the corresponding management mechanism,broaden the rural old-age insurance system and other aspects of the relevant.Therefore to promote the new rural social endowment insurance system to develop healthy and sustainable in China. |
