Research On Industrial Transformation And Development Of The Coal Resource-based Cities

Jining is a typical coal resource-based city,by the end of 2013,Jining's total coal reserves was 151.12 tons,coal reserves was 135 tons,but recoverable reserves was only $24.78 tons.At present,the annual production of raw coal in Jining is about 80 million tons,according to this calculation,Jining coal resources can be mined for 22 years.Once the resources are exhausted,the urban construction,especially the sustainable development of cities will be blocked,and the process of urbanization is seriously restricted.The basic way for the sustainable development of coal resources cities is industrial transformation.At present,Jining has a relatively abundant capital,talent and other resources,at this time the transition cost is low,the economic burden is small,so it is the best period of transformation,to achieve a multiplier effect.Coal resource-based cities are highly dependent on their natural resources,not only a large number of resources exhausted,the ecological environment has also paid a heavy price.To promote the transformation of industrial and mining areas,to solve the problem of the two internal structure of the city,to promote domestic demand and increase employment rate,we must speed up the pace of industrial restructuring,to achieve sustainable development of resource-based cities.This paper is divided into six parts.1,based on the introduction of research background,the significance of the research on the domestic and foreign research status on the transformation of Resource-based City combing,and introduces the research methods and research content,and innovation;2,the related concepts of coal resource-based city transformation are explained,and introduced the related theory;3,present situation of industrial transformation of Jining city,including analysis of historical process of industrial transformation,achievements and problems of transition;4,the industrial transformation and development direction of coal resource-based city were analyzed,elaborated the direction and path of industrial transformation,and the obstacle of industrial transformation of Jining;5,according to the problem and obstacle of industrial transformation in Jining city,put forward actual policy proposals of industrial transformation for Jining;6,conclusion and prospect.The transformation and development of resource based cities has always been a difficult problem for people all over the world.In order to realize the transformation of the city,it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure as the main line,promoting new industrialization and urbanization,fostering the growth of industry and alternative industries,in order to get rid of the dependence on the resource industry in the development of the city,to improve the ecological environment,to ensure the stability of people's life,creating a long-term effective mechanism for sustainable development of the system.To enhance the city's comprehensive service function,promote the coordinated development of resource rich areas,improve the overall level of city development,to ensure the long-term stability of city development.
