Research On Performance Appraisal Of Middle Management Personnel In Water Conservancy And Hydropower Group Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

Middle-level managers are backbones of enterprise,who play a linking central role.With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,how the state-owned enterprises establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of middle managers becomes necessary means by which state-owned enterprises strengthen internal management and control,and establish internal management system according to the market economy's requirement.This paper takes the performance appraisal of the middle management personnel in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Group of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as the research object,analyzes the current situation and performance appraisal of the middle management of the group.By reading a lot of literature materials,comparative research and theory,this paper analyzes the current middle management in the problems and shortcomings in the assessment work.On the existing issues,the paper puts forward the principle of redesigning the performance appraisal scheme of the middle management personnel,and sets up the performance appraisal index and its weight in combination with the reality,further clarifies the basic procedure of the middle management personnel assessment,establishes the performance appraisal guarantee mechanism,Strengthen the application of assessment results.This paper also analyzes the problems that can be solved by the new scheme,the problems that may arise and the implementation of the guarantee,and draws the concrete conclusion.It realizes the redesign of the performance appraisal scheme of the middle management of the group and has important reality for the group to make full use of the performance appraisal meaning,for other state-owned enterprises,especially Xinjiang state-owned enterprises have reference and reference value.
