The Study Of Improving The Capacity Building Of CCPIT Dalian Sub-council

In recent years, China government work report has emphasized the importance of NGO in social governance. The research on the capacity building of NGO has become an important topic of civil society. The trade promotion organizations are playing key roles in the trade area. Due to various reasons the capacity and operation efficiency of China's trade promotion organizations are quite low, which limited the functions to a deep extent and need to be improved.This paper will take the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Dalian Sub-council(CCPIT Dalian)as an example, analysis on its characteristics of local international trade promotion agency and semi official organization, based on the actual situation to find out the problems existed in the daily operation of CCPIT Dalian. This paper will analyze the research with statistical analysis method and qualitative analysis method, at the same time, inspired by the foreign related institutions about how to build the capacity,which is suitable for CCPIT Dalian has been suggested. This paper gives suggestions to explicit self-strategic orientation, remodel the running mode and pay attention to the development of services from the view of CCPIT Dalian. The topic of this paper will be helpful for the Multiple participation of social governance, it also has realistic meaning for the capacity building for trade promotion organizations.This paper aims to provide institutional reform and functional transformation of reference for CCPIT Dalian, so as to other semi official organizations(especially trade promotion related organizations). However, the limitation of existing research and reference material can not be ignored. Thereby the research on the the capacity building of trade promotion organizations should be further in-depth.
