We must face up to the problems existing in the rural labor force in the transfer process.In this paper, first on the theory of rural labor transfer of resources abroad elaborate, then take the form of a questionnaire survey on the situation of rural labor resources to investigate lizifang town. After data collection, collation, analysis, summarized the various issues of rural labor transfer of resources exist. A low degree of organization of the transfer, lack of social security and the high cost of workers, labor inadequate training, and to analyze the causes of these problems. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the process of rural labor transfer in lizifang town, some suggestions are put forward.
