But the medical equipment sales industry is still facing a vicious price competition, resulting in capital turnover difficult medical equipment sales company; imitation products flooding, making enterprises more choice of low-cost products, resulting in low quality not only heavy pre-sale vicious spiral; customer service, makes the low utilization rate of goods production equipment, bring losses to customers and patients etc.. In this case, JZ company as a member of the industry, aiming at the opportunities and problems existed-in the industry, how to plan the future development strategy of the enterprise, improve the market share of JZ company must face and solve problems.This paper takes JZ company as a case, to the current situation of JZ company as the background, through the "Five Forces Model" and "SWOT analysis" method, analyzes the JZ company’s strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. And made clear the JZ company strategy of the construction of ideas and principles. Proposed JZ company’s future development strategy, is to provide a unique product and service differentiation strategy based on customer response. Finally, put forward specific measures of the strategy, mainly through the system security, financial security, protection of human resources, improve the corporate culture, expand marketing so as to guarantee the implementation of the implementation of the strategy. Hope to provide organizational strategy analysis method, analysis process and strategy selection process for the company and its peers.
