Human resource management is the core of the enterprise,mainly contain corresponding human and material control transfer training and incentive problems.From two aspects of outer and inner for effective coordination and management.The stability of the scientific management of human for enterprise operation plays an important role.On the premise of stability,would consider organizational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.Maintain consistency,human resources and enterprise strategic objectives,to promote the development of enterprise organization.Human resources as the biggest cost in the process of enterprise management.Want to stay long,be about to fully encourage human potential,creativity,and effective skills.The establishment of performance management and salary management system that can detect and improve human resources management,organizational and personal common progress steadily.System model has a lot of,how to choose need to refer to many factors,including enterprise external environment,now in the stage,the nature of the enterprise and the enterprise culture and so on.Taking taiyuan coal gasification longquan energy development co.,LTD.,(L)for the background,the company original performance appraisal methods and compensation management system carried on the thoroughresearch and investigation,has been found the following problems: poor incentive effect.Appraisal system is not reasonable,no sure evaluation index system.Ignore the participation of employees.The lack of competitiveness.Employee relationship of compensation and performance is not high.For L company in performance appraisal methods and the problems existing in the compensation management system,this paper uses advanced performance and strategic compensation management theory and method,design a set of the assessment methods,combined with the actual design the new compensation plan at the same time.And put forward the safeguard measures of the package can carried out smoothly.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme are pointed out.
