Marketing is the main content of food enterprises.Many large food enterprise marketing work is to be borne by the marketing team this small unit of human resources,the human resources unit is small,the number is not much,but a large number of enterprises and dealers,is the link of communication,exchanges and cooperation,is the enterprise,analyze and grasp the market docking hub.Thus,for a food company,the construction of municipal marketing team if there are many problems will restrict the long-term development of enterprises.In this paper,the S food group municipal marketing planning team five problems in the staff appraisal system,function allocation,team culture,salary management,occupation career,analysis of the causes of these problems,put forward targeted measures to solve the group municipal marketing team of S food set staff functions,evaluation system,team culture,salary management,occupation career planning to conduct a comprehensive rectification,solve the S Municipal Food Group marketing team in five aspects,hoping to guide the marketing team construction of local food enterprises better in practice.The unreasonable allocation of functions of the municipal marketing team reduces the efficiency of the team;the "ratchet wheel" assessment target has hit the team's work enthusiasm and further destroyed the sales network of S food group.The basic task of the marketing team is heavy,the pressure is huge,but the treatment is very low.Hierarchical team culture stifle the vitality of the organization,innovation,S food group municipal marketing team members did not lead to S food group the marketing team is very serious brain drain phenomenon of these problems the corresponding occupation career planning,to further restrict the long-term development of enterprises.In the presence of S in five ways to solve the problem of the food group,fully consider the characteristics of the marketing team the human resources unit of the actual situation and the various positions,combined with the contingency management theory,achievement motivation theory,Robert Lee Katz management theory,interpersonal relation theory,demand theory,target management theory,Product life cycle theory,resolve the problems the S food group construction of local problems in the process of marketing team.
