Project post-evaluation is the basic link in the whole cycle of the project, which is also an important means of project supervision and decision-making. In addition Post-evaluation behaves many excellent advantages, such as improving project follow-up work as improving project decision-making and management level as improving project performance.The paper researches project post-evaluation of human resources project, which is based on the position setting and personnel allocation project of Dongfang Turbine Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as DTC). The project is a key project in the reform of the DTC human resources at this stage. To ensure the effectiveness and quality of each key link, the company plans to use post-evaluation to strengthen the management and monitoring of the whole process of the project and the evaluation of the effect.Through using the evaluation of the basic theory and methods, and combining with the characteristics of the DTC human resource management project and the actual demand of the post - evaluation of the project,this paper constructs the post - evaluation mechanism of the position setting and personnel allocation project, which is used to guide the analysis of the project. In accordance with the post - evaluation mechanism of the position setting and personnel allocation project, the post-evaluation is applied to the important stages of project implementation and the project effectiveness evaluation, which is used to provide feedback and basis for the continuous improvement of project follow - up work and decision - making of similar projects.This paper takes the real case of the enterprise as the research object, and focuses on solving the universality of the allocation of human resources in state-owned enterprises.Through comparative analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,this paper summarizes the problems, experiences, improvements and implementation effects of project planning and implementation. All analysis of this paper can be used to the similar human resources projects.In addition, although the post-evaluation function forward theory has been gradually recognized by the academic community, but the related research is rare.This paper carries out the post-evaluation to the project implementation process,and uses post-evaluation as an important means of project supervision and management, which can extend the scope of application of post-project evaluation and provides a new way for project control.
