Lean management of manufacturing is the most direct way to improve the production efficiency.Based on 5 s, visual management and production on time management(JIT) and lean management theory, Ruite company production site was optimized, the company has solved the problem of company's current production site management confusion and the efficiency of production.the company profile and the status of production management were analyzed firstly, and the problem of production field management was reaseached. Then the production field management was designed to improve the company by using of the theory of lean management theory. the goal of lean manufacturing management and lean management plan was put forward, and Production site management was rescheduled using5 s,visual management and JIT production management. Then according to the design scheme, Rui Te company was implemented lean management of production area.The 5 s management mainly through sorting, reorganization, cleaning, clean and habituation to implemented management in five aspects, visual management by identifying strategy and kanban management methods such as real-time monitoring and statistics the production status.To verify the validity of the production site of lean management, finally, the effect of lean management was analyzed in production field, found that the production of the company, product quality and production efficiency have improved greatly.
