Under the competitive global economic environment,human resources play an important role in the enterprise.So the enterprise should make good use of human resources in order to benefit the development of enterprises.Idiosyncratic deals(i-deals)are mutually beneficial,personalized,non-standard agreement between employees and employers.The western scholars represented by Rousseau have carried on the extensive research about the i-deals,and the test to the influence factors and the positive organization behavior of the i-deals.However,Most of the domestic scholars’ research on i-deals is a summary of foreign literature.This research explores the role of i-deals in the relationship between work ethic and employee’s innovation behavior,and the role of political skills in the work ethic and i-deals through theoretical review and data analysis.At the same time,we expect that we put forward effective management recommendations for the organization according the results of the empirical research.Based on the literature review,this paper establishes the model and puts forward the hypothesis through 582 valid questionnaires,this paper discusses the relationship between work ethic,i-deals,political skill and employee innovation behavior from three aspects.Firstly,it explores the influence of the work ethic and its four dimensions to the employee’s innovation behavior separately;secondly,it explores that whether i-deals produce mediation effect between the work ethic and its dimensions to the employee’s innovation behavior;finally,it explores whether political skills produce moderating effect between the work ethic and its dimensions to the i-deals.The results of statistical analysis show that:(1)the work ethic and its four dimensions are positively related to employee innovation behavior separately.(2)the i-deals produce mediation effect between the work ethic and its dimensions to the employee’s innovation behavior.(3)political skills produce moderating effect between the work ethic and its dimensions to the i-deals.Finally,the study discuss the conclusions and give advice on business management. |
