China's economy has entered a new normal state of economic development,the supply side of the structural reform in depth and other external macro-environment,the development of enterprises in all walks of life put forward a new topic.SM Group as a provincial state-owned coal enterprises,compared to other industries and enterprises on the external environment changes are more affected,the development pressure surge.How to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises is the era of each enterprise has to think about the important issues.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprise development,based on the external environment facing enterprises,enterprises should focus more on the enterprise;strengthen management,to prepare for the improvement of the external environment.In the internal management of enterprises,the development of talent is fundamental,is the future of enterprises to maintain a strong vitality of the source,so the staff to carry out research to show the value and significance.Middle management personnel in the enterprise organization as a link between high-level and grass-roots managers of the bridge and has its special status and role,is an irreplaceable backbone.Based on this,this paper chooses the performance evaluation of middle management of SM Group headquarters as the research object,aiming at improving the performance evaluation of middle management personnel at headquarters;on the one hand,it provides ideas for improving the enthusiasm of middle management personnel,on the other hand,lead the way.SM Group has more than 30 years of development history,the first is simply engaged in coal trade enterprises,and later with the business continues to expand,the industry more and more,more and more rich structure,and gradually become a comprehensive enterprise groups.However,in 2012 the entire coal industry into the "winter",the group's business development has also been a greater impact,operating income and profits have a certain degree of decline,the development pressure surge.In the current development,SM Group will focus on the development of internal reform and development,focusing on the system of process reengineering,internal management and other internal management of the potential for a substantial reform.In the process of reform,the performance appraisal of all kinds of personnel is also a very important reform content.Therefore,this paper takes SM group headquarters middle management as the research object and conducts an in-depth study on its performance appraisal.Based on the development of the SM Group,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the performance evaluation of the middle management of the Group.Based on the relevant theory,the content of the performance appraisal is improved and perfected,and the SM Group's internal management Performance appraisal to provide reference and thinking.At the same time,it puts forward the main measures to implement the performance appraisal of middle management of SM Group headquarters,and discusses the three aspects from the preparatory work before implementation,the promotion measures and the safeguard means.
