By the impact of the economic downturn,coal prices,coal mining company profits plummeted,the whole industry losses,cost and price upside down,coal enterprises operating predicament,how to effectively reduce production costs,improve operational efficiency,become the important Farmar enterprise smoothly through the transition period.Under this background,the coal industry pay has become the preferred way to enhance work efficiency,coal enterprises in reducing labor costs under the premise.But at the same time,the decline in the level of pure salary,will further affect the enthusiasm of employees,easy to cause the deterioration of the business environment.Therefore,the need for their own coal salary system scientifically,give full play to the utility of incentive compensation system in field,and reduce the total compensation condition,compensation structure,by changing the configuration of different levels of staff compensation proportion,the need to further enhance the enthusiasm of workers underground,wage cuts will only hit staff work enthusiasm,and promote the use of compensation to improve the efficiency,can help enterprises to effectively overcome the difficulties.According to changes in the salary system of SY coal production staff of nearly three years,the state-owned coal salary system carries out detailed research,and focus on the theory has been carried out in-depth study,to provide effective guidance to solve the problems of salary system.In addition,the corresponding 3P compensation design theory,the SY coal salary system for the reconstruction,feature and development needs of staff according to coal diversified compensation structure,construct new and performance evaluation system,provide guidance for optimizing the development of the post salary system.Research on the SY coal to carry out the compensation system,the total compensation to reduce continuously based on the situation,we need to further promote the use of compensation to improve the efficiency,so as to ensure the working enthusiasm of the staff,thus weakening in accordance with the principle of survival of the fittest to filter out the high quality of the enterprise,but also makes each post staff salary there are differences of relief staff the sense of crisis,to provide support for the enterprise reform and development.
