The Research On Building The Modern Enterprise System Of Profit-Sharing

In the economic conditions of socialist production,how to make the modern enterprise system and profit-sharing compatible, combine socialist public ownership with market economy and improve the socialist relations of production is an important theoretical problem about development of Marxist economic theory and practice of socialist market economy.The modern enterprise system of profit-sharing,which promotes the Marxist theory of capital theory and theory of ownership,has great theoretical and practical value.More importantly,it promotes the socialist relations of production on a series of new changes in practice.The research studied by domestic and overseas scholars from various angles about profit-sharing and modern enterprise system has important reference meaning and value for the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing.However,due to the different research methods and perspectives,the in-depth analysis of profit-sharing is slightly less.Especially,scientific evaluation of modern enterprise system of profit-sharing and its historical process is still rare.AND the paper will explore in these areas.This article starts from the basic theory of the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing and explain the necessity of building the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing through anglicising features,functions and historical evolution of the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing.And then,get some revelation which is benefit for establishing the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing from comparing with the practice of the Share Economy.The paper eventually reached the following conclusions:Company is a micro-foundation for the socialist market economy;the reasonable ownership structure is the key to build the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing;the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing with joint property right as the basis realizes the labour union of workers and co-workers of the capital in order to combine socialist public ownership with market economy and improve the socialist relations of production;the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing should establishes a system of property rights based on labour union,and supplemented by capital of the joint,at the same time,let the labour owner real enjoy the right of management and residual claims;the enterprise system change the phenomenon of existing business enterprise system,such as unclear property rights,rectitude and lack of organization. We can not copy the practice of Western Share Economy.In order to build the modern enterprise system of profit-sharing,we should establish the economic concept of profit-sharing,optimize the structure of property right,standardize the organization and distribution system and the government should play a catalytic and facilitating role.
