The Research On Improvement Of Project Management System For New Product Development In DAE Company

DAE Company is a domestic well-known developing and manufacturing enterprise for automobile engine and transmission,In the face of increasingly fierce market competition environment and the country gradually tightened fuel consumption,emission regulations standard,the enterprise can keep stable and rapid development only by conducting continuous new product development and launching the competitive new products.This paper is based on the current situation of enterprise and carries on the study for the existing problems of the project management system for new product development of enterprise,proposing the targeted improvement scheme,which has a certain reference significance for promoting the management level of new product development project for enterprises.This paper first introduces the current situation of project management system for new product development in DAE company,and analyzes the existing problems,such as: role understanding mistakes of project team members,too many problems in the process of flow execution,poor quality of project delivery etc.during the new product development project management of enterprise at present stage,analyzing deeply the cause of the problems from aspects of unclear team members responsibilities,lack of flow implementation,lack of effective process management and project evaluation mechanism etc.Then in view of the existing problems,the specific improvement program of project management system for new product development has been put forward in terms of optimizing new product development project organization system,improving the new product development project process system,perfecting the system of task execution for the new product development project,and strengthening the evaluation system of new product development project etc.Finally,the safeguard measures to ensure the improvement of project management system for new product development has been raised from aspect of environment construction for new product development project management,incentive mechanism for new product development project management,information platform construction of new product development project management etc.
