The speed and scale of the logistics development was growing in Guiyang,which made great contribution to the increasing economy,and the government paid great attention to the development of the logistics.However some problems were faced by the logistics development in Guiyang City,such as the lack of government planning,the lag of logistics infrastructure construction,the low degree of intensive organization,the lack of service capacity of logistics enterprises,the loss of multimodal transport function.So the Guilv integrated logistics park planning was imperative.Based on the analysis of the planning and investment mechanism of the Guilv integrated logistics park,this study explored the environment the needs for the construction of the integrated logistics park,from the degree of the transformation of the city's large-scale enterprises and the development of the city logistics industry.using the advantages of railway resources and the advantages of industrial agglomeration,complete the market opportunity analysis,logistics park function positioning,scale forecast and investment value analysis.According to the forecast,logistics demands in Guiyang and Guizhou in 2018 were respectively563,020 kilo-tons and 1,156,150 kilo-tons.Combined with the actual situation of the park site,the actual land use in the project will be more than 1,367 acres reasonably,which was divided into six regions as bulk material logistics area,container logistics area,warehousing distribution area,highway logistics area,the state storage logistics area and comprehensive supporting area.The project will become the logistics hub of Guiyang city,the first integration hub of logistics park,the modern multimodal transport integrated logistics port in Guizhou.
