The family business in the world economy has an important position. As an important economic force which is developing and growing,Chinese family enterprises are playing a more and more important role in the history and the development of national economy.At present in our country, the family business, most of the first generation of entrepreneurs has thirty years of history, many family businesses in the management of high-rise are over 50 years of age, and to make family businesses can get long-term development, there must be the heir to the inheritance and development of family enterprises, how to on family business succession big, is the mode of operation will continue to choose the family business succession to family members, or the introduction of professional management and occupation managers, has become an urgent problem of family enterprises in china.The importance of occupation managers of family enterprises based on the development, in order to introduce the occupation managers of family business problems, using the method of literature research and case analysis method, based on the concept of family business succession, inheritance of the current situation and difficulties of family enterprises, the introduction of occupation managers predicament,introduced the necessity and model research, combined with the research on the system in theory, the principal-agent theory, life cycle theory, stewardship theory and stakeholder theory of literature. On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper focuses on the analysis of the cases of A family enterprises introducing professional managers, and analyzes the reasons for the introduction of A professional managers and the reasons for the failure. Finally, countermeasures are put forward, the introduction of occupation managers in the family enterprises: (1) construction of occupation managers to introduce new mode; (2) to abandon the traditional concept of family; (3) accelerate the forming occupation manager market; (4) improve the personnel selection criteria; (5)from various views into the occupation manager.
