Professional managers take enterprise management as their occupation, driving the owners to obtain the huge economic efficiency and the social benefit, occupying status anyone cannot substitute and playing important role in the social economy construction and the enterprise development. Many facts that employment relationship between family firm and professional manager breaches show that how complicated of such relationship and how difficult to maintain it, which bring forward many inspiration for theoretical research. Therefore, this thesis explores incentive problems of professional manager based on psychological contract(PC), under the condition that existing literatures pay much attention on employee-organization relationship and less on family firm and professional manager, and Principle-agent theory emphasizes physical motivation. The purpose of which is to establish wider theoretical basis and applied bedrock for PC especially professional managers, meanwhile providing new ideas for professional managers'motivation from PC angle of view. All efforts this thesis makes are meaningful in at least two ways: one is to supplement and expand viewpoints of Principal-agent close to reality, to enhance explaination for realistic issues or find answers for which once unsolvable; the other is to provide theretical evidence more reasonable and realistic, as well as provide new ideas and orientation for motivation contracts and motivation design.
