Research On Influencing Mechanism Of Miners' Risk Perception

Perception is the base of people respond to behavior,and accurate perception of risk is the guarantee of people response behavior to maintain its own security.As high post workers,miners lack of risk awareness which is a major hidden danger of safety production for coal enterprises.Therefore,researching on the miners' risk perception of working situation,using the combining methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and statistical analysis to discuss the influencing factors of the miners' risk perception.Using Netlogo simulation platform to build the influencing mechanism model to illustrate the evolvement of miners' risk perception,and to put forward the strategies of the ascending miners' risk perception.The main conclusions are as follows:?Confirming influencing factors of miners' risk perception.Based on the organizational behavior theory and cognitive psychology to explore factors of risk perception for ascension miners by using literature analysis and statistical analysis.Also,to analyze it from four aspects:the work environment,organizational environment,management environment and personal characteristics.?Constructing miners' risk perception evolution model.Miners risk perception evolution system is a kind of controlled by multiple main body effect of complex adaptive system.Based on the theory of ABMS and NetLogo simulation platform to simulate miners' risk perception evolution model.The results show that effects are different between agents' interactions.This is decided by the difference of main body and miners behavior interaction mechanism.? Putting forward some strategies to improve miners' risk perception.Through strengthening risk identification ability?risk assessment ability and risk coping ability to improve miners' risk perception.To improve the miners' risk information observation?attention?memory and imagination by establishing safety culture,strengthening management,improving the level of material environment,so as to enhance the information processing capacity and risk coping ability,finally reach the ultimate goal of improving miners' risk perception.The paper broadened the research view for the safety management of coal enterprises by applying the theory of cognitive,and provided a new starting point for enterprise managers.Improving miners' risk perception which effectively promote the miners' emergency response ability when facing the risk,so as to reduce the probability of coal mine accidents.
