| With the continuous development of social economy,the State not only concerned with economic development,at the same time pay more and more attention to the happiness of residents,The 18 th national congress of CPC?The Third and fourth Plenary Session of the eighteen were put forward to correct the bias of simple economic growth velocity to assess the performance,more attention must be paid to the employment,income,social security,people's health status,for the economic development and people's happiness must be with hands at the same time,so that to take the road of sustainable development.Liaoning Province as the first province in the northeast provinces,from 2003 to implement the northeast old industrial base strategic plan,economic development has been always rising,the level of per capita GDP has been always higher than the national level,the GDP of Liaoning Province has a higher percentage in the country GDP,but nearly five years,the pace of economic growth gradually slow and stable,and in the proportion of national GDP also showed a downward trend,Liaoning province has been faced a downward pressure.On the other side,as the first social security pilot provinces,Liaoning Province,the social security system is gradually mature and perfect,but there are still many problems,in the employment,income,health and education,need to improve,there has a lot of difficults to achieve the same upgrade in the well-being and economic development of the residents.So,this paper has systematically analyzed the result of other scholars on economic development and well-being of residents,on the basis of relevant report and the economic development of Liaoning province and the status quo of the well-being of residents,the paper has constructed the index system that has the characteristics of Liaoning province of economic development and residents,select the data from 1997 to 2013,to study the sustainable road of the economic development and happiness of Liaoning province.Through principal component analysis method and comprehensive score method,the paper draws a trend chart to analyze the relationship between residents' happinessand economic development,and make the residents' happiness to compare with the other 30 provinces and autonomous regions,through the comparative of the GDP between Liaoning province and the country from 1978 to 2013 to analyze the economic development,and through grey relational analysis model,unit root test and cointegration test to analyze the mutual influence relations between the two indicators.The conclusion of this paper is that:In economic development,the economic growth of Liaoning province is consistent with the overall development trend,but the economic structure and economic development are not the same as the economic development,the economic structure and economic development efficiency needs to be adjusted and improved.In the well-being of the people,the people's livelihood in Liaoning province is consistent with the trend of the residents,while the living transportation,social security and public service system is not consistent,indicating that these three aspects need to improve and upgrade.At the same time,Liaoning province's economic development and the well-being of the residents have mutual influence,mutual promotion,improve the economic development and improve the well-being of residents can promote each other to improve the overall.According to the research conclusion,the paper puts forward the improvement suggestions from five aspects: economic structure,economic development efficiency,residential transportation,social security and public service,to promote the coordinated development of the economic development of Liaoning province and the well-being of residents,and take the road of sustainable development. |
