Regional Economic Development Differences And Optimization Countermeasures In Liaoning Province

Since China proposed the development thought of coordinated regional development and the goal of regional development integration for the first time,Liaoning Province centers on the basic objective of fairness,coordination and sharing,actively pushes forward regional integration process and promotes the common development of all regions through intensifying the policy of “regional integration” and “regional coordinated development”.However,Liaoning Province is a traditional industrial province of China,which has limited ability in industry nurturing agriculture and core economic circles driving peripheral regions to realize integrated development.Its planning of regional coordinated development also remains to be tested by practice.It is supposed to study the differences in the economic development of rural areas in Liaoning Province,to clearly see the reasons for the differences and find out the law of intra-regional economic development,thus implementing optimization strategies,launching a new model suitable for the economic development of rural areas in Liaoning Province according to local conditions,comprehensively planning and promoting the common development of rural regional economy in Liaoning Province.This paper takes various theories of regional economic development and factor analytic method as the research basis,and selects relevant statistical data from 2006 to 2015 from Annals of Statistics released on the authority sites of National Bureau of Statistics,Liaoning Statistical Bureau and so on.It first analyzes the overall development level of rural areas in Liaoning Province,and then combines with previous research results to make statistics and analysis for the differences in the economic development of rural areas in 14 cities of Liaoning Province by means of SPSS statistical software.According to these differences,in addition,this paper finds out the reasons for the imbalance of economic development of rural areas in Liaoning Province,including national conditions,policies,agricultural infrastructure and industrial structure.Finally,this paper proposes four related strategies of narrowing the gap in the economic development of rural areas in Liaoning Province,including saving and efficiently using natural resources and developing characteristic economy according to local conditions;establishing diversified financing channels and strengthening policy support;popularizing science and technology and balancing infrastructure construction;as well as optimizing industrial structure and promoting the upgrading of employment structure.It is hoped to provide solutions to the imbalance of economic development of rural areas in Liaoning Province,and also to offer reference methods for the differential analysis of regional economy in other provinces and cities of China.
