The development of architecture in China mainly takes four steps. Yet since the foundation of our country, the architecture has gone through the stages of "form and growth","stagnation and fluctuation","recovery and development" and so on.Reviewing the development of architecture, we can safely draw the conclusion:from the middle of last century till now, the architecture of china showing a growth rate on its development; and during the upwards process, there was fluctuation, which was caused by political economy decisions and big events. Meanwhile, the architecture made its huge contribution to domestic economy on its own development.At present,"green building" has become a goal in international architecture industry. Many countries are now encouraging and developing green building, and establish related rating system on the issue, such as the " Green Building Rating System" in USA, and Green Building Challenge in Canada, which detail the regulation of rating on green building. International green building has now entered a sustainable developing age, with high technology as pioneer, aim to improve the quality of buildings all round.Green building is a long term goal of architecture development in China as well. In order to guide the development of green building and realize the sustainable development of architecture industry, based on former experiences, China should develop and build her own style of "green building", and achieve the ideal mode of sustainable development.This essay is based on the developing situation of architecture in Liaoning province, considering current economy environment and political elements, thus explode and summarize the problems that occurred during architecture sustainable developing in Liaoning. Combined with the research achievements from domestic developed area and international sustainable developing standard and requirement, in this essay we get further discussion on the problems, and find out the method and solution on promoting Liaoning architecture sustainable development, to present a new age of material saving and environmental hospitality society. Undertaking the Liaoning architecture sustainable developing solution, we could contribute in transformation of architecture structure, standardize and develop architecting market, enhance the competitiveness of architecting enterprises, thus promote the optimum progresses in architecture and positive significance on building Liaoning architecture sustainable development.
