Study On Refinement Management Of Fangda Chemical Industry

In the current growing economic situation,fine management as a management concept and management technology has become a key factor in determining the success of an enterprise in the market competition.The fine management of enterprises plays an important role in improving the management level,reducing efficiency,improving economic efficiency and enhancing market competitiveness.In this paper,Fangda Jinhua Chemical Polytron Technologies Inc(hereinafter as Fangda chemical)as the research object,in the current market situation,how to adopt scientific management,improve the management level of the enterprise as the starting point,discusses how to carry out the fine management of enterprises,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.By analyzing and studying the fine management cases after the reform of state-owned enterprises participated in the reform of state-owned enterprises,we can find ways to solve the problems in the process of enterprise management.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and analysis of the actual research,the successful experiences in fine management,analysis of the advantages of management,to explore its presence in the fine management in the process of problems and shortcomings,for enterprises to improve the fine management level and efficiency put forward opinions and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction;the second part introduces the basic situation of large chemical industry and the concrete measures of the implementation of fine management;the third part analyzes the problems and reasons of enterprises to implement fine management in the process;the fourth part puts forward some countermeasures to solve large chemical fine management.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.Through this study,it has large chemical management is key to the success of the implementation of fine management:the establishment of the cost accounting system and carry out technological innovation,the implementation of performance management,enhance product quality and safety,strict punishment mechanism etc..There are fine management in the process of cost control system is not perfect,the lack of technological innovation,the quality of employees and low implementation of other big needle chemical industry,set up the idea of fine management,strengthen supervision and management of chemical production,strengthen the construction of coordination ability,improve employee performance appraisal mechanism of concrete measures and suggestions.Finally,it can provide reference for other enterprises to improve their management level and efficiency,and has higher reference significance.
