Giving full play to motivate personnel and establishing a fair internal and external competitive salary system have become an important means of science and technology enterprise in the introduction of talent,retain talent and motivate qualified talents.As an outstanding high-tech enterprise,Sheng Xin Technology Co.,Ltd.in the personnel pay system.There are still some problems,which need to diagnose and optimize urgently.The personnel and salary incentive based on the characteristics,and the hierarchy of needs theory,expectancy theory,two factor theory of motivation theory,using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method and interview method,to study the salary system of personnel Shengxin Tech Co.ltd..First we analyze the basic situation and incentive compensation status of personnel Shengxin high tech company limited;and then through interviews and questionnaire survey to understand the current salary system of personnel satisfaction,cognition,The results show that the personnel Shengxin high tech company limited for overall satisfaction with the current salary system is low,the salary system has a wage welfare problem is single,lack of competitiveness,lack of incentive bonus system;thirdly,using the factor comparison method post analysis of personnel,then design the salary system of personnel.To improve the level of personnel salary,improve the salary structure,abundant welfare and bonus items;finally,suggestions through the smooth communication channels,improve the organizational structure,focus on the propaganda and mobilization,perfect evaluation system and other measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization system.This research is not only beneficial to improve the compensation system of personnel,but also be able to provide reference for the improvement of the compensation system.
